Salt Line Charters offer all types of fishing for different anglers. Whether you are looking for Striped Bass, Fluke, Seabass, Blackfish or Pelagic Species we have a trip catered for your specific needs. We offer half day to full day trips depending on targeted species and the amount of time you spend on the water. Rates are listed below for each category.

sunset cruises
Come and enjoy and evening on the water with us. Whether you are looking for a relaxing evening on the water or a cruise to local bars/restaurants on the water we can create an experience for you. We cruise from historic Navesink River through Sandy Hook to take in all the scenery.

Vessel delivery and relocation
Why deal with the hassle of relocating your vessel when you can have a licensed captain do it for you at a reasonable rate. Our services can relocate your boat anywhere on the east coast at your request. We are licensed and insured so there are no worries when working with us.
Salt Line Charter Rates
Striped Bass: March-December | Fluke: End of May – September
Deep water fluke trips available. Sea bass and blackfish, as permitted by regulation.
Night Striper fishing available.
Rates do not include customary 20% tip for mates, Unless Noted
(4 Passengers) Each additional passenger $100.00

$400.00 Deposit Required Offshore ($1,000.00 Or More Trip Cost)
Any trip can be canceled at Captain Joe’s discretion, due to weather and any unforeseen issues.
All canceled bookings will be rescheduled for another agreed upon date and time.
1/2 Day Fluke or Striped Bass $800.00
3/4 Day Fluke or Striped Bass $1100.00
Night time Striped Bass $800.00
Full Day Mid-Shore (up to 50 miles) Tuna, Mahi or Shark $2600.00
Sunset Cruises $200 Per hour 3 hour minimum
Fuel surcharges may be applied based on seasonal costs and the pump.
Rules & Recommendations
Rules
Safety is number one, reckless behavior will not be tolerated and will result in returning back to the dock.
No illegal substances allowed
Beer and wine only, no hard liquor
If captain deems person to be intoxicated, the vessel will return to the dock & the trip will NOT be refunded
All equipment must be handled with due regard. If the captain deems mistreatment of equipment and/or the vessel, the vessel will return to the dock & the trip will NOT be refunded.
Recommendations
Dress appropriately – check the weather the day before and the morning of the trip
Rubber boots recommended
Camera
Sunscreen
Sunglasses
Sea Sick pills
Bottled water (to stay hydrated)
Snacks/Food (depending on the length of the trip)
Note: if you want to keep the fish you catch, bring a cooler with ice & leave it in your vehicle for the ride home
