Captain Joe Hubbard
Captain Joe is a New Jersey native. He moved to Panama City Beach, Florida at a young age and grew up on the water. Whether it was surfing the waves or fishing, he was on the Gulf of Mexico as much as possible. Every summer he would visit his grandparents in New Jersey where he shared his grandfather’s love of fishing. Grandpa Joe Pitterman would take him along for Fluke and Striped Bass trips teaching him how to fish and safely navigate the waters off the New Jersey coast. Joe has always wanted to captain his own vessel and decided to do so after moving back to NJ in 1995.
Joe is licensed by the United States Coast Guard and has his MMC OUPV (Six Pack License) and is working on his 100-ton Masters License.
